Blayne is a seasoned Financial Professional with a passion for community and family. Since 1995, Blayne has served in his community, providing tailored financial solutions to individuals and businesses. Active in industry organizations like the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA), he holds designations including Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Blayne has lobbied in Washington, D.C., over 20 times.
He enjoys Harley rides and exploring Northern Nevada’s scenic landscapes. Blayne is the board chair of the Salvation Army and founded their anti-human/sex trafficking committee. A Navy veteran, Blayne has a strong family connection to law enforcement, with two sons-in-laws that work for local agencies and a father who retired LAPD. Blayne Gale along with Christine Parman have worked specifically with Nevada Police & Fire PERS program which can be significantly different from civilian PERS.

Christine Parman, LUTCF®

Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, and brings 18 years of experience to her financial practice. She began her career by educating medical and public service groups across Nevada and Northern California, where she developed a strong foundation in financial literacy. Under the mentorship of top financial professionals at New York Life, Christine has refined her skills, focusing on comprehensive investment strategies.
Outside her professional life, Christine is passionate about making a difference in her community. She actively volunteers in sex trafficking prevention and awareness initiatives and supports foster care efforts. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two kids and sings on the worship team at her church.
